This innovative product has an ergonomic, lightweight design that is compact and easy to use. Compatible with all standard EM security strips, it reactivates (sensitizes) strips in all printed media and can also be used to sensitize strips in CDs and DVDs. It can sensitize books individually, in groups, or on the shelf. AV media such as CDs and DVDs are sensitized by brushing the Bookwand™ on the flat side of the CD or DVD case. When the unit is turned on, it will reactivate security strips; when it is off, it can also be used to deactivate security strips. The unit uses rechargeable batteries and does not need to be plugged in during use. Available for purchase online at Shop Minitex.
