Quick Summary
As of July 7, EBSCO will require all LearningExpress users to have a strong password. Users with older passwords will be prompted to change their passwords before August 7.
Last year, EBSCO LearningExpress instituted strong password requirements for all new users. Any LearningExpress users with accounts that do not meet EBSCO's current strong password requirements will be required to create new secure passwords.
Beginning July 7, users with older passwords will see an alert when they log in to any LearningExpress platform, including LearningExpress Library, PrepSTEP, and Job & Career Accelerator. The alert will prompt users to Change Password Now or Pause for Now to be reminded again in a week. Users may pause up to three times before August 7.
Note: The strong password requirement will not impact those customers using SSO for authentication.
