ROI is gearing up for what is sure to be a busy fall attending library and education-related conferences around the state. Last Friday I presented ELM, and specifically LearningExpress Library, at the 2014 ABE (Adult Basic Education) Summer Institute: Building on Success. This was a great conference and the perfect audience for presenting LearningExpress Library. This conference combines Literacy Action Network (LAN), Minnesota Community Education Association (MCEA) and Adult Basic Education (ABE) Summer Institute.
