The upcoming 20th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks is an opportunity to acknowledge the past by learning more about it. Excellent educational resources are available to Minnesota students of all ages, at no charge, via eLibrary Minnesota.

Britannica School Elementary provides an overview of the events of September 11 appropriate for young readers. Ebooks Minnesota for Schools includes three books for middle school students. Gale in Context: High School, offers an excellent overview article, including a list of links to information on related subjects. A universe of college-level resources is available via EBSCO's Academic Search Premier.
