As some of you may already know, Minitex has selected MackinVIA as a new online platform for Ebooks Minnesota. The transition from the BiblioBoard to the MackinVIA platform will involve many moving parts and pieces. We want to make sure that libraries and schools are aware of what to expect while this transition takes place.
As some of you may already know, Minitex has selected MackinVIA as a new online platform for Ebooks Minnesota. The transition from the BiblioBoard to the MackinVIA platform will involve many moving parts and pieces. We want to make sure that libraries and schools are aware of what to expect while this transition takes place.
On July 1, EbooksMN.org will redirect to the new MackinVIA platform. However, links to individuals titles or curations will not redirect. If you use direct links to specific books or curations, please know that after July 1, they will no longer work.
For libraries that have uploaded MARC records into their catalog, on July 1, those records will no longer be viable. We will be providing new and improved MARC records once they are ready.
Not all titles in Ebooks Minnesota will be immediately accessible as we work to transfer them to the MackinVIA platform. We appreciate your patience with this process.
As we work to make this switch as seamless as possible, we will be providing information and guidance to help you through this transition on a weekly basis.
