from ProQuest:

Dear Customers,

Following the recent announcement of the merging of ProQuest and Ex Libris, a global library technology supplier, Ex Libris has now become a ProQuest company.

As part of this transition, our existing 360, Summon, Intota, SIPX, and Ulrich's products are being developed and managed by Ex Libris – along with Alma, Primo, Rosetta, SFX, and other Ex Libris products. If you would like more information about the merger pleaseread the FAQ.

We think that an important aspect of integrating our two organizations and customer communities is for all personnel in the new Ex Libris unit to use @exlibrisgroup.com email addresses. You will continue working with the same Support teams as before, but they'll use firstname.lastname@exlibrisgroup.com in place of their @proquest.com address.

Our current @proquest.com email addresses will remain in place, and we will get those messages as normal. You may use either @exlibrisgroup.com or @proquest.com to contact us.

Please contact clients@proquest.com if you have any questions about Ex Libris, aProQuest company.

Best regards,

B. Jed Gilmore
Sr. Director, Software Implementation, Support, & Training at ProQuest
