As you are likely aware, Oxford moved to a new usage reporting system earlier this year. Two of the last products to move into our usage portal were Oxford Music Online and Oxford Art Online, which recently began reporting with our new enhanced COUNTER 4-compliant usage stats. However, an issue with the migration of data has occurred, and usage statistics reports are currently unavailable via our Customer Portal for these two platforms, for the period April 2014 to October 2014. Please be assured that we are working on a resolution to this issue which we expect to be available in Spring 2015.

In the meantime, we do have the data available to our customer service team, who can deliver you a report upon request, if your need is urgent. Please contact your sales representative or OUP Customer Support at oxfordonline@oup.com to request these reports.

We understand the importance of having accurate statistics as well as ensuring our customers are aware of any issues. The status of all our usage reporting can be found at the Product Usage Data Status Table: http://fdslive.oup.com/www.oup.com/academic/pdf/online_products/UnderstandingYourData.pdf.

We thank you for your patience. Should you have any further queries relating to your usage, please do feel free to contact us.
