We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team! The Libraries HR Team equips and empowers employees to be their best at work. The HR Coordinator serves as a collaborative member of the HR Libraries team to provide HR coordination in a variety of human resources areas, including workforce data management, personnel file management, search support, and onboarding/offboarding support. This 75%-time (30 hours/week) position works closely with the HR team and reports directly to the HR Director. The hours for this position are 6 hours/day Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm (scheduled arranged upon hire). This role is onsite 2-3 days a week (or as business needs dictate).

• HR Administration & Special Projects (35%)
• Recruiting and Student Employment (25%)
• Employee and Labor Relations, Engagement, and Development (20%)
• Onboarding & Offboarding Support (15%)
• Workforce Data Management Support and Analytics (5%)

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, or a combination of education and/or relevant experience to equal at least four years.
• Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing HR data requests and entering them into a Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
• Proficiency in the Google Suite applications.
• Ability to establish trusted rapport with employees and managers.

This is a part-time position. The base pay is $25.65/hour.
