Are there topics around voting and elections that you would like to know more about?
At a recent meeting between Outreach & Instruction staff from Minitex and Outreach staff from the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State's office, there was a discussion about upcoming special elections, community building and civic engagement, election education resources, and more. What we all agreed to was the idea that we should start by asking YOU what you want and need in the voting and elections area. What information should we be sharing? What resources are you looking for around voting and elections? Is there a particular type of partnership (schools, community groups, etc.) we might help facilitate?
In a future Messenger, we will share what we've heard, and plan the first webinar around one of those topics.
