The position will act as a resource for student employees, help manage workflow in multiple library collections, and provide reference and circulation support for the West Bank Access and Information Services department.

Required Qualifications
- Library experience with access services.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative organizational environment.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Alma and other library processes and resources.
- Extensive knowledge of the University Libraries systems, policies, procedures, and referral information for library users.
- Skilled in triaging library questions to relevant staff members.
- Experience with library customer service skills, problem-solving, and handling difficult situations.
