  • An overview the Executive Orders focused on immigration and ICE
  • What ICE agents can and cannot do during a site visit
  • The facilitiesā€™ obligations during a site visit
  • The difference between an administrative warrant and a judicial warrant
  • Considerations when responding to governmental requests

This webinar will last one hour and will include time for questions from attendees.
