Plum Creek Library System recently concluded their "Love My Library" program, and shared feedback they received that highlights how important the work that Minitex does is for the people in Plum Creek's southwest Minnesota region. The feedback also shows the great appreciation patrons have for library staff.
"One of the most important things to our patrons is the people who work in libraries," writes Plum Creek Director Elizabeth Hoffman. "Without the amazing staff, libraries wouldnā€™t be such wonderful places to visit."

Access to good books, through MNLINK
I am able to locate the books and authors I want to read throughout the Plum Creek System, including MNLINK. I can become part of past history, be political, part of a good mystery, travel the world, become re-acquainted with the classics and understand how to become a better person. A good book fills my heart and always challenges my mind, my librarian is wonderful!
Fun activities, wonderful selection of books
I love all the fun activities our librarian has going on - in addition to the wonderful selection of books. AND always willing to search and find the ones not at our library.

An amazing place to find great people
My library is filled with kind people, everyone is treated kindly and equally. This is an amazing place to find great people, and to bring your friends. My library is filled with a large majority of people. This library is one of the closest things that I can consider to be home.
Reading addiction support
Love the library staff!! Anything I want to read, I can get at the LB Library or within Plum Creek or MNLINK. Thank you for supporting my reading addiction. :)
Staff go the extra mile for interlibrary loan
The librarians are always helpful when finding a book I request. They even go the extra mile and look for it in interlibrary loan. I love that there is often a craft available for younger children to enjoy. My grandchildren request a visit to the library more often than even a visit to the park when they are here. They also let our book club hold our monthly meeting there.
