JOB SUMMARY
This position supports the educational and research missions of the University by providing instruction on information literacy, research practices, and library use, and supporting and engaging campus research activities. This position is expected to keep abreast of changes in the profession, promote the role of the University of St. Thomas Libraries to the University and community at large, and contribute knowledge to the field of librarianship. This position is primarily located on Minneapolis campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- MLS from an ALA accredited program
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing instruction, consultation, and engagement services for associate degree students with a clear pathway to achieve a four-year college degree
- Experience in collection development in academic library setting
