ABOUT THE JOB

This position will provide professional support for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cloud enterprise software applications related to the Libraries’ suite of Ex Libris services and applications including Alma, Leganto, Rapido, and Alma Digital. In addition, this position supports and develops business integrations with University systems as well as external library partners, with a focus on interoperability and identity and information security management related to these systems for all system campus libraries. Reporting to the Director of Library Enterprise Systems (LES), this position works closely with departmental and service area staff, and consults with system campus library staff (Twin Cities, Crookston, Duluth, Morris, and Rochester campus libraries, and the Law Library), when appropriate to evaluate needs and processes, and develop and refine workflows, analyses, and reports that benefit the University of Minnesota library enterprise systems.

SALARY & BENEFITS

This is a full-time position. The base salary is $90,000.
