There are many aspects of project management. With most monthly Project Management Open Office Hours there is a topic presented with a brief overview. For this potluck session we will keep the discussion open for more time to share from all attendees. So bring your thoughts, ideas, and concerns about your library project(s).

These open office hours are designed to be a space for learning opportunities, community discussion, and sharing of ideas and practices in how to manage any library project. You can join at any time during the hour, but registration is required. Click here to register for the August 16th session.
