JOB SUMMARY
The ODIN Director manages operations, coordinates staff responsibilities, identifies technology needs, prepares ODIN budget, and articulates a vision for ODIN services. In addition, the Director works with the ODIN Advisory Council and other ODIN committees to identify member library needs, and actively coordinates efforts to fulfill those needs with consideration of financial impacts.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with a degree emphasis in Library Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in the implementation/support of a library management system, five years of leadership and management responsibilities, and three years of supervisory experience. Candidates with a Master's Degree and experience working in a complex library consortium are preferred.
