ABOUT THE JOB

The Interlibrary Loan & Resource Sharing Specialist's responsibilities include oversight of interlibrary loan, Get It (the University of Minnesota library requesting service), and document delivery operations; creating and documenting procedures and workflows; training, assigning and scheduling duties and reviewing work; communicating with patrons and other libraries regarding ILL requests; and troubleshooting problems.

SALARY & BENEFITS

This is a full-time, 12-month, AFSCME-represented position. The minimum salary is $51,147.
