NOW OPEN: Site Registration for 2023-2024 School Year
Register your school, college access program or postsecondary institution to participate as an official site in these state initiatives:
- College Knowledge Month (October 2023)
- Financial Aid Event (October 1, 2023 to February 15, 2024)
Registered sites receive ongoing tools and support, including: access to promotional tools and student giveaways, postsecondary volunteers, site coordinator training. Learn more about Minnesota Goes to College initiatives.
Counselors’ Breakfast Hosted by Minnesota Private Colleges
Admission representatives from Minnesota Private Colleges invite high school counselors and others who work with students on college planning to their free breakfast session. Meeting in small groups, admission representatives will share updates and take questions. Registration is open through May 4 or until capacity is reached.

Effective Practices for Active Parent Engagement Workshop
Get Ready/GEAR UP in the Minnesota Office of Higher Education is partnering with the National Postsecondary Strategy Institute (npsi.org) to host a professional development series for school administrators, counselors and teachers interested in improving postsecondary outcomes for all students.
NPSI's professional development model will engage participants in collaborative learning to help schools reimagine the postsecondary participation culture to drive student success. Continuing Education Credit are available.
