The position is full time and pays $20.65 per hour or more, depending on qualifications. Five years of relevant library experience is required for consideration. College education can be substituted for this experience up to a maximum of three years.

Position Overview

The primary functions for this position include: ordering, activating, invoice processing, monitoring, and maintenance of electronic resources; identifying, resolving, and communicating access issues related to electronic resources and; serving as a resource to other library staff.

Department Overview

The Collection Strategy & eResource Management (CSERM) department is responsible for collection development coordination, oversight, strategy, usage analysis, and budgeting, along with e-resource acquisitions and management (including licenses, orders, invoices, renewals, usage statistics harvesting, records loads and DDA/EBA processes). CSERM consists of ten FTE and is housed in the Collection & Content Strategy (CCS) service area of the University of Minnesota Libraries.
