Job Summary
The Library Operations Manager performs professional and supervisory library work involving the day-to-day activities related to the library space, information technology used by patrons, and the library building. The position collaborates with internal library and external university stakeholders and establishes and builds relationships with campus IT and operations personnel as appropriate, serves as liaison to the Dayton’s Bluff branch of the St. Paul Public Library, supports the overall mission of the library by ensuring to provide a welcoming space equipped with appropriate technology, and ensures all is in working order. The Library Operations Manager is also responsible for supervising full-time staff and student employees and serves as back up for the Library Services Manager in their absence.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience. The salary range is $57,002 - $82,559 per year.
