The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University Libraries invites applications for the full-time, benefit eligible position of Business Librarian.

The Business Librarian works directly with students, faculty, and staff to support departmental and institutional teaching and learning goals and to enhance student success. As a member of our highly collaborative Learning and Research Team of liaison librarians, the Business Librarian shares responsibility for delivering information literacy instruction to general education courses and collaborating with IT Services’ Instructional Technology team to build information and media literacy skills into in-class media projects. In their liaison role, the Business Librarian provides information literacy instruction, research consultations, collection development, and outreach services to the Global Business Leadership, Accounting & Finance, and Economics departments. They also support the new Data Analytics minor, the Mayo Innovation Scholars program, and the Donald McNeely Center for Entrepreneurship and campus-wide entrepreneurship courses. The Business Librarian position is a full-time, twelve-month, benefit-eligible Administrative Staff position and reports to the CSB and SJU Libraries’ Associate Director for Learning and Research.
