The North Dakota State Library has been invited by the Illinois State Library to participate in a multi-state program called ILEAD-USA. ILEAD-USA stands for Innovative Librarians Educate, Apply, and Discover, and is made possible through funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The program focuses on using participatory technology to solve a community problem or to provide a new service in an innovative way. Librarians in teams of 3-5 will identify their project and then participate in three in-person institutes to learn about different technologies to use to complete the project. In addition to participants, we are accepting applications for mentors and instructors.
