From the ALA OIF:

You may have seen communication from the American Library Association about reporting censorship challenges for 2017 and [state library association acronym] is helping them get the word out.

The ALA Office for Intellectual Freedom (OIF) wrote a blog post about the importance of reporting challenges and answers questions that often come up this time of year. Please take five minutes to report any challenges that your library or institution has encountered in 2017 to the ALA online challenge reporting form before January 31, 2018. This information is important for all of us.

To further help your Minnesota Library Association Intellectual Freedom Committee, we’d sincerely appreciate it if you could also answer these five questions: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7PL9XB6

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey and report censorship incidents directly to OIF. We want to make 2018 a really great year and your responses to our survey will help our committee better support you.
