Body

Are you planning or already working on a digital project at your institution? How will you describe your digital objects in order to provide access to them? One option is to use the Dublin Core Metadata Element Set, one of the most widely used descriptive metadata standards in the world. Minitex will soon offer a class that will provide a basic introduction to the Dublin Core standard and cover allowable refinements. Participants will be required to create 1-2 Dublin Core records.

This live, online class will be presented in two parts on Tuesday, February 17 and Friday, February 20 at 10:00 AM–noon (Central time).
