OCLC members can provide feedback to their member-leaders that serve on Council. Delegates from the Americas Regional Council and the other regional councils (Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific) bring together their worldwide viewpoints at Global Council. OCLC Global Council informs and guides the OCLC cooperative.
