2016 Digital Library Federation conference

I had the great good fortune to both attend and present at last week's 2016 Digital Library Federation Forum held in Milwaukee, WI. New contribution to Minnesota Reflections: Wyoming Historical Society

New Minnesota Reflections contributor Wyoming Historical Society have added a series of early school blueprints that document the planning and construction of an early school in the Wyoming, Minnesota area. 

New contribution to Minnesota Reflections: Ely-Winton Historical Society

Historic postcards from the Ely-Winton Historical Society have been added to Minnesota Reflections. These postcards capture historic events and people in and around Ely and Winton in far northern St. Louis County. The addition of these materials from Minnesota's Arrowhead country helps fill a gap in Minnesota Reflections. 

New contribution to Minnesota Reflections: Hmong Cultural Center

22 new Hmong language materials have recently been added to the Hmong Cultural Center's collection in Minnesota Reflections. These materials reflect the first of its kind in Minnesota Reflections, and we are excited to introduce a new language to Minnesota Reflections!

MDL 14th Annual Meeting a success

Thanks to everyone who attend the 14th Annual Meeting of the Digital Library on June 7th! The event was a success, with much enthusiasm around the keynote topic of copyright and rights statements. New contribution to Minnesota Reflections: Ernest F. Oberholtzer Foundation

A collection of historic maps from the Ernest C. Oberholtzer Foundation is one of the newest additions to Minnesota Reflections. The Oberholtzer Foundation maintains Ernest Oberholtzer's legacy, including his home and archives on Mallard Island in Rainy Lake. View the collection here

Registration ends soon for the Minnesota Digital Library 14th Annual Meeting, taking place on June 7, 2016 at the Continuing Education and Conference Center, St. Paul, Minnesota. The registration deadline is Tuesday, May 31st! Join us for a keynote presentation by Greg Cram (New York Public Library), an MDL update, and afternoon breakouts sessions on a variety of topics.
