AskMN FY16 Report is Now Available

The report highlights activity in the academic and public queues, how Minnesota patrons were helped, when patrons came in to ask questions, and patron satisfaction with the service. The format of the report is much different than previous published reports.

AskMN Surveys: A Fiscal Year End Review

While we start compiling the information for the AskMN FY15 Report, I have been looking at the surveys completed in this past fiscal year. AskMN libraries have the ability to use surveys at the end of chat questions and ask a variety of questions about the service they just received.

In December I sent out a call out to AskMN participating libraries to send in chat transcript(s) from 2014 that they felt exemplified exceptional service. The chat session could have taken only five minutes or fifty minutes or it could have been a very involved interaction or quick and easy.
