Minitex staff mini-golf food drvie

For the first time since 2019, Minitex staff held its Mini-golf Food Drive event on November 30th - and it was a blast! Staff spent the afternoon playing mini-golf and donating shelf stable food. Others may end up in related fields, or stay in touch on social media, so I don't have to miss them entirely.
