General Policy Information

Invoices are issued at 180 days overdue. This includes a non-refundable $25 processing fee which remains due even if the item is returned. Up to four items per request. NON-CIRCULATING - Periodicals, Reference works, maps, LPs, items on reserve, items from Archives and Special Collections & National Music Museum collection, Chilson and Richardson collections, Law library collection, Hot Off The Press collection.
