TdS does not loan: Items newly added to the collection for the first 3 months; Book club bags; Games; Video games; Kits; and Equipment. TdS does not bill/charge borrowing institutions for lost or damaged ILL items, however, please notify TdS of lost or damaged materials. TdS pays all bills from lending institutions.
