General Policy Information
Replacement terms/fees: The borrowing library will be invoiced for a $60 replacement fee for items lost or damaged through ILL. Exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis (eg. if a replacement copy of the item may be accepted in place of the full replacement fee).
