General Policy Information
Reference materials will not be transferred out of Hennepin County Library's local system via interlibrary loan. Electronic resources such as eBooks and downloadable audiobooks are not available for request outside of Hennepin County. General interlibrary loan fees in the U.S. are $5 IFM and $15 non-IFM. ILLs transferred to Canada are $10 IFM and $20 non-IFM. Copies are $10 for up to 20 pages; $0.10 per page thereafter. IFM preferred.
