Immigrant Stories, a project of the Immigration History Research Center hosted by the Minnesota Digital Library, is set to expand thanks to an award from the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Minitex & Paul Bunyan Enter the GIF IT UP Competition

The Digital Public Library of America (DPLA) and DigitalNZ teamed up this fall to host a competition called GIF IT UP. They asked contributors to submit animated GIFs made from public domain or openly licensed digital content discoverable via the search portals at DPLA and DigitalNZ. The winners of the competition were announced on the DPLA website.
