About Melissa Eighmy Brown
Melissa Eighmy Brown is the head of Interlibrary Loan Borrowing at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus Libraries. Before taking on her managerial role in 2015, she worked in ILL for many years as the customer service representative and the systems manager for ILLiad.
