About Mary Mehsikomer
Mary has worked in Minnesota's education system at a state and regional level for just over 40 years. Mary worked at the Minnesota Department of Education for over 28 years, beginning as an entry-level clerical position and finishing as an administrator for education technology initiatives, including technology planning, grants, broadband access, and federal programs. Mary also worked as a network administrator for the NW-LINKS consortium of 70 school districts and four regional public library systems at Region 1 in northwest Minnesota. She has been employed at Sourcewell Technology for the past 10 years as an instructor and outreach facilitator.

Mary is a CoSN Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) and an ISTE Certified Educator. Mary is also the current administrator of the Minnesota Learning Commons (MNLC), a partnership between the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), University of Minnesota, and Minnesota State. She also serves as Minnesota's E-Rate Coordinator for Schools.
