About Jennifer Harveland
Jennifer is the contracted Communication Specialist for SELCO, Southeastern Libraries Cooperating, in Rochester, Minnesota. She has an extensive background in public relations and political communication which started with a stint as an Army broadcaster. She has worked for ADB Advertising since 2013.
