Greta Bahnemann

About Greta Bahnemann

Greta Bahnemann is the Metadata Librarian for the Minnesota Digital Library where she provides metadata training and manages digital content in MDL. She has been actively involved with the Summer Educational Institute where she served as a co-chair and most recently as an instructor. She has presented on an array of topics, including: metadata for cultural heritage collections, analyzing digital collections for content gaps, and rights statements. The history of photography, linked data, and digital storytelling are areas of interest. She holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Morris, an M.A. from the Winterthur Program in American Culture, and an M.L.I.S. in Library and Information Studies from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
