Lucy Herbolsheimer graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2014 with a double major in Catholic Studies and Literature & Philosophy. While at St. Thomas, Lucy participated in the Catholic Studies Leadership Interns Program and traveled to Denver to explore the role of charity in the lives of Denver's homeless population.
Jessica Schumacher graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2012 with a major in English Literature and a minor in Art. Jessica is a former hockey player and a painter, ceramicist, and jewelry maker. Jessica's travels have taken her to Europe and Canada, and she hopes to explore Asia next.
Lani Manion earned a degree in Biology with a minor in Geology from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2012. Before coming to Minitex, Lani studied the effects of wind energy facilities on local bat populations and was a fossil hunter and public educator.
