Quick Summary
“I have lived with several Zen masters -- all of them cats.” ― Eckhart Tolle. I am familiar with this quote, so when I first saw The Dalai Lama's Cat and the Power of Meow, I was not sure if it was philosophy or fiction.
“I have lived with several Zen masters -- all of them cats.” ― Eckhart Tolle. I am familiar with this quote, so when I first saw The Dalai Lama's Cat and the Power of Meow, I was not sure if it was philosophy or fiction. It turns out to be the third in a series of novels about His Holiness' Cat, which sound like they have a light hearted dash of philosophy, too. As the human of two cats who is also interested in mindfulness, I may want to request this myself after I finish what I'm currently reading.
The remainder of our five titles, again collected with lots of help from co-workers, are The Elephant Who Liked To Smash Small Cars, Let's Pretend This Never Happened, Mermaids And Mastadons: A Book of Natural and Unnatural History, and Suppose The Wolf Were An Octopus.
