Minitex hosted its recent Interlibrary Loan Conference at the University of Minnesota's Saint Paul Campus on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. The event brought together more than 180 participants and featured a keynote address from J. Jeff Kober entitled "Things I Wish I Could Tell My Librarian." Kober's morning presentation emphasized the customer service principles employed at Disney's theme parks and their applicability to the library setting. That afternoon, Minitex Director Valerie Horton shared "Drastic Times Call for Statistics," a well-received presentation filled with library-related data.
