ILLiad of the future? Update on the new OCLC ILL product from OCLC's Katie Birch

Katie Birch, OCLC Executive Director, Resource Sharing, Global Product Management, has released some new information on OCLC's new ILL product which is intended to move ILLiad users from the client/server environment to the cloud:

Hello everyone,

I wanted to provide an update on where we are with this project.  We’re starting quarterly product update webinars and you can sign up for the first two now:

• Mon, Aug 29 at 2 p.m.  
• Tues, Oct 25 at 1 p.m.  

These webinars will be recorded and posted to the OCLC website just in case you can’t attend. Additional webinars will be scheduled and we’ll notify the community when they are.

You can always visit this webpage to get the latest details about this new product.  And we just posted a new video and FAQ there.

We still don’t have exact timeframes and details to share with you, but I encourage you to keep asking questions.  We love to hear from this active and passionate community.
