The latest update for the new MNLINK search program, WorldCat Discovery, resolves one of the major issues reported by end users. The default range of searches is only for the group defined as MNLINK libraries. When none of the MNLINK libraries own the content a yellow banner would display with the notice "No results found." An additional link has been added in the yellow banner giving the users the opportunity to expand the group with one click. "Do you want to expand your search to libraries worldwide?" Clicking this link will automatically return results for the given search expanded for the entirety of WorldCat libraries.
Users will also get the notification to expand the search when they click on clustered editions or formats that are not identified as owned by MNLINK libraries.
