Last September we introduced a new MNLINK discovery interface for end users. We now have statistics for the July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017 fiscal year showing that we received 517,509 requests. This is a 4.5% increase in total requests compared to the previous year and is the highest total we have seen on the system over the past five years. In addition, the number of filled requests for fiscal year 2017 came to 393,369. This is the highest number of filled requests since the MNLINK system debuted in 2003. We are attributing at least some of the credit for the increase in volume to the introduction of the new MNLINK discovery layer.
