The Minnesota Digital Library is excited to announce the addition of a new materials to the Stillwater Public Library collection in Minnesota Reflections. This recent addition of materials focuses on the Minnesota homefront during World War I. These include two U.S. Department of Agriculture posters which focus on disease prevention on the farm, as well as a series of pamphlets which provide information on food rationing and economy. The "Food Thrift Series" of publications offers advice on meat substitutes, wheatless meals, conserving fat and reducing kitchen waste.
