Want to be a presenter at the 2019 MDL Annual Meeting? The Minnesota Digital Library (MDL) annual meeting planning committee seeks proposals for 50-minute breakout sessions for this upcoming event, which will be held on Tuesday, June 4 at the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center.

This year’s conference theme, What’s New?, spotlights innovative projects and experiences within Minnesota digital libraries and other digital collaborations. All proposal topics are welcome. Some sample topic ideas to consider are contributor spotlights, primary sources and primary source sets, unique regional resources, History Day collections, digital storytelling with collections, collaborations and partnerships, digital preservation, diversity and inclusion, and open source projects.

To submit a proposal, please complete this survey form by Friday, March 22. Proposal submitters will be notified the first week of April whether their proposal was accepted. Please direct any questions about potential proposals to MDL Outreach Coordinator Molly Huber at mollyh@umn.edu or 612-301-1329. We look forward to hearing from you!
