On December 11th, Gale is updating Kids InfoBits to a mobile responsive design. With this update, K-5 students will be able to explore and learn research skills on mobile devices, like tablets and smart phones. Also available beginning December 11, students can utilize the Google-integrated features like Drive and Classroom.
New Features include:
- Mobile Responsive Design – pages adjust to mobile device size
- New Browse Topics View – ability to easily jump between topics on a single page
- Filter by Content Level – Limit search results to Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced within a search result list
- Google Drive Integration
- Google Classroom Integration
Existing URLs will automatically update on December 11; no action is necessary by libraries.
