Serials Review is pleased to present Open Dialog, a new column discussing issues related to the Open Access (OA) movement. Each installment of the column will be published as open access and freely available online to all interested readers worldwide.
In the first article from Open Dialog, two librarians involved in managing publishing services profile their institutions' respective programs.
