Project MUSE is beginning the process of updating our platform site to use strictly a secure protocol. This change will take effect as of May 1, 2015. Items possibly affected by the transition include links, proxy servers, and referring/encrypted URLs. Please change any Project MUSE links to a secure format -- http://muse.jhu.edu -- should be updated to https://muse.jhu.edu. There should not be an interruption of service during the transition, and updated links will work immediately.
This transition has no impact on the end user experience. End users will be authenticated using the current established methods and no changes are needed to continue using the site as usual.
