from EBSCO:
This message is a reminder of a previously communicated change in the network domains and IP addresses for EBSCO services, wherein we requested customers update firewall exceptions and proxy servers to reflect an updated list of domains and IP addresses.
On 15 November 2013, EBSCO is scheduled to complete the final phase of a systems upgrade that will result in changes to the domain name for some areas of EBSCOhost. The intent is to provide additional access points to improve response times for EBSCOhost users.
While we expect customers updated their systems in conjunction with our previous communication regarding the upgrade in 2012, to ensure that no customer experiences an interruption in service, we are asking customers to verify that your local systems reflect the information listed in the Support Site link below.

Note: this upgrade does not affect URLs targeting the search.ebscohost.com domain, which includes locally-hosted search boxes and EBSCO-generated persistent links.
