The Knight Foundation recently announced the winners of a challenge to propose innovative projects that “leverage libraries as a platform to build more knowledgeable communities.”  Winners will split $3 million to launch their project ideas. This video introduces the top eight winning proposals, who will receive between $130,000 and $600,000: 14 additional winning projects will receive $35,000 each.
